The stone fruits of Otago are New Zealand renowned, making a light, sweet and delicate fruit infusion. Pretty rose buds and chunks of fruit provide a feast for the eyes almost too pretty to brew.
INGREDIENTS:
Apple pieces, carrot flakes, peach, apricot, beetroot, yellow rose buds, cherry pieces, pink rose petals, strawberry pieces and flavour
TO MAKE:
1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 – 10 minutes then pour
