Shipping policy

At Java Lava we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery (within Greater Auckland) is 1 – 2 business days. Deliveries further afield, such as to the South Island will usually take 3 or 4 days. Rural deliveries usually take longer a few days more than this. We do not ship to Waiheke, Great Barrier Island or PO Boxes/Parcel lockers.

At busy times of the year, such as December, you should allow an extra day for delivery. From time to time deliveries will take longer than our standard terms. In that case we will endeavour to contact you and let you know of the reason behind the delay.

We offer free delivery on all orders of 10kg of coffee beans or more. For smaller orders we charge $15+GST for delivery. If you feel that your order is taking too long to arrive, or you are experiencing any other problems with your delivery, please contact us. Our email address is info@javalava.co.nz.

Please note we do not supply to customers outside of New Zealand. We also do not allow pick-ups.
